Bryce-Zion, Day 8

After checking into the hotel yesterday, we strolled around, sat by the pool, and enjoyed the SPA facilities, where we received our massages that we had reserved.

We had a wonderful dinner last night – the best meal thus far on the trip.

Dinner Entree and Breakfast Dish – had two desserts!

I awoke early this morning and walked the large labyrinth that is in the desert near our resort. It is the largest I have walked. The only other two I have walked while on vacation are in York, Ireland and Bandon Dunes, Oregon.

This Labyrinth has 545 steps

After breakfast, we hiked three miles on a guided hike through Snow Canyon. The hike reminded me of BikeRoads hikes I have been on.

After hiking, I participated in a flow yoga class that kicked my butt.  We then had lunch. After lunch, I spent some time at the pool and then took one of the complimentary bikes and cycled through the desert on paved paths.

At 6 pm Pete and I listened to live music on the premises before having dinner with two of our fellow morning hikers, both from California.

I should have met you for this portion of the trip. The resort looks beautiful. I’m happy you are relaxing and enjoying each moment. See you Monday!
