 We Exercised
 We Created
 We Grew
  
 We Appreciated
 We Thanked
 We Cherished
 We Loved
  
 We Fought
 We Lost
 We Gained
 We Overcame
  
 We Gave 
 We Received
 We Learned
 We Changed
  
 And Though 
 We Were Apart,
 We Remained 
 Connected
  
 Let’s take
 Our Learnings
 And make them
 Ours Forever
