Europe 2013 – Days 3 and 4
Parallel Vacation back in time continues….
June 15 – Not much commentary tonight – Luxembourg Garden and shopping in left bank in Paris, train to Colmar, France. Staying in Turckheim in Alsace. We visited a 300 year old vineyard and had dinner with the most wonderful family (McIntires) tonight in their home.
June 16 – We awoke to a great breakfast at our hotel and then went on one of the best hikes in my life. We then had a late lunch at a very fancy farm house at the top of a mountain. All of this along the rue de vin in Alsace, France.
